Terms of use

STTT One Player is a product of Shop Therapy TT ("we", "us"). By installing or using STTT One Player, or by signing in to the reseller portal, you agree to these terms with Shop Therapy TT.

What the app is: a player, not a content service

STTT One Player is a media player: software that plays the playlists you add to it. It does not include, host, stream, sell or supply any channels, films, series, playlists, IPTV subscriptions or other content.

• We do not sell, provide, recommend or arrange playlists, IPTV subscriptions or logins, and nothing we sell includes them.
• You add your own playlist (an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login) from a provider you choose. That provider, not STTT One Player, is responsible for what it offers.
• You are responsible for having the right to watch what you play. Do not use the app to watch content you have no right to.
• The app comes with no channels or content of its own.
• You accept these terms the first time you open the app, and again whenever they change, and when you order on our website. Each acceptance is recorded with the date and your device ID.

Licences

A licence is for one device and lasts for the period it was activated for (or for life, if a lifetime licence was activated). A licence pays for the player software only; it includes no content, channels or playlists. Licences are activated by your provider or reseller. New devices may start with a free trial.

Paying

Licences bought on this website are paid to Shop Therapy TT, so that is the name on your card or PayPal statement. Card payments are taken by WiPay and PayPal payments by PayPal, each on its own secure page: we never see or store your card details. A licence bought online is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or share a licence outside the agreement you have with your provider or reseller, try to bypass licensing, or use the app or portal to break the law or to harm others or the service.

Resellers

Resellers are independent businesses. They agree their own terms and prices with their customers and are responsible for the support they offer. A reseller's logo, app name and About page are checked before customers see them, and may be changed or removed if they are misleading or unlawful.

Service and changes

The app and the licence service are provided as they are and may change, be interrupted or be updated. We may update these terms; using the app after a change means you accept it.
